Clifton Tweed Returns
Following strong interest from customers and tailors alike, Clifton Tweed returns as part of a limited presale release.
Inspired by the natural colours of Somerset, Clifton Tweed reflects the landscape that surrounds Fox Brothers’ home in Wellington. Warm sandstone and terracotta tones sit alongside rich brown, lifted by a distinctive blue bird deco that gives the cloth its individual character.
Woven as part of Fox Brothers’ continuing exploration of archive inspired tweeds, Clifton Tweed quickly found favour as a cloth suited to seasonal jackets and country wear. Its return offers another opportunity to secure this distinctive design ahead of its arrival later this spring.
Designed for Seasonal Tailoring
Clifton Tweed lends itself naturally to jackets intended for both town and country wear. Douglas suggests Original Authentic Flannel (AF3) in charcoal for trousers, together with Red Fox lining (FL717) as complementary choices.
